The main reason here is that compromised computers will have key loggers installed on them, which tracks all your keyboard movements, and reports it back to the planter. Unless absolutely necessary, do not open your email in such places, and if you do, change your password as soon as possible.

Tip Five: It is a good practice to encrypt your emails. Now this is not a complicated process, there are a large number of free tools on the internet that allow you to do so. The main reason behind encryption is that many hackers try to snoop into the email process, thus getting hold of your email id as well as the ids of the recipients. This will create problems in terms of spamming. Which you do not want.
